Professional, great communication and did a wonderful job.

I became aware of a leak when our water bill arrived. rang Cairns Leaks and they were on site within two days. After a short time, they found a fugitive leak hidden from view deep below thick concrete. A short time later they had it fixed and showed me the leak-down test was holding. This was an excellent transaction, the guys were so professional and courteous.

Phoned CLD&P on Friday, 2 February, 2024 to book in to detect a water leak at our property in Innisfail. Darcy promptly booked in for Wednesday, 7/2/24, arrived right on time at 9am. Darcy quickly found the leak and all was fixed within a few hours. The service and job was professional and friendly, and we will definitely be recommending CLD&P to anyone who requires this service. Our thanks.

After a horrific water bill, these 2 young men were on the job and found 3 leaks and sorted asap. Replaced the whole water line as pipe was corroding. Highly recommend- kept me informed whole time, great job, neat and tidy finish. Nice young men, polite, helpful and easy to deal with.

Was very happy to phone only yesterday and for Cairns Leak Detection to come out the next day. Darcy was very professional and kept me informed about what he was doing from switching off the water, accessing the yard, finding the leak and retesting. He showed me the leaks in the ground and talked me through the fix as he was doing it. Also showed me the pressure guage after the leaks were fixed. Super impressed at the speed this guy can dig a hole in the ground too! The price was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wholesome family-owned business. Thanks for the fix Darcy (and also for taking care of that spider – unrelated to the water leak).

Peter came out and investigated a leak for us after we received a higher than expected water bill in the mail. He arrived on time, promptly found the leak and had it fixed within an hour. Thankyou Peter!

Peter and Darcy are two genuine and down to Earth guys, a father and son team that came out to my house to find and fix a leak and they did just that in just over an hour. Darcy was spot on in finding the leak and quickly and efficiently fixed my main water line to my house. While doing the job, my water completely shut down at the metre, Peter was on the phone to the Council right away and the Council guys made it out within the hour, just in time for Peter and Darcy to test their work. Really nice guys and very professional. I hope I never have to see either again (no offense mates) but if I have an issue in the future (knock on wood I don’t), they will be my first call. Honest, upfront with pricing, reliable, consummate professionals and clean up thoroughly after they have found and fixed your leak. I would recommend them them every day of the week.
