I highly recommend Darcy and Josh because they are everything a good trades person should be. They were punctual, efficient at finding the leak, effective, personable and they cleaned up well after themselves.

They also explained and showed me each step of the procedure making sure that I understood. They are willing to share their knowledge and gave me plumbing advice on some unrelated issues. They are also very reasonably priced.

Darcy & Josh were awesome. We had a water leak under a slab in a high traffic area. Costs were explained on the phone ahead of the job, no surprises, great service and got the boys got job done in minimal time. Very minimal disruption and they even cleaned up afterwards. I had a really good experience with Cairns Leak Detection & Plumbing. Darcy and Josh were great—really friendly and took the time to explain everything. The pricing was very reasonable and they explained the costs clearly upfront, so there were no surprises. While they were here, they also replaced two taps for me without any fuss. Really happy with how it all went and would definitely recommend them.

These guys were fantastic, very friendly and professional, they found the leak extremely fast, explained how and why it happened and fixed it promptly. They even called the council for me as the water main couldn’t be turned off properly. Great work, totally recommend using this mob!

Darcy and Josh attended my property due to unknown water leak. They identified where the leak was coming from. It ended up being under our concrete patio. They were very open with all the possible options to fix it. Excellent communication all the way through the task. They fixed the leak and left the place in a tidy state. They carefully talked me through every step of the way and were very open and honest with all the information and details of what was needed to gain the best long results for the plumbing requirements. They assessed the concealed leak and had it fully repaired within 2 hours. They left the work site cleaner than it was before they started.
