What legends! Darcy and Josh saved the day! Finding a concealed leak in a matter of minutes and repaired it immediately. But Darcy goes above and beyond to explain and showcase everything they do, from the first phone call describing how their visit will work to the reason why the leak happened in the first place and how they’ll repair it from the long term. Best plumbing customer service ever! Absolute legends!

The guys located the leaking pipe, trouble shoot, test and fix the problem. Very nice guys, explained as they went. Left a clean work area. Would definately call again if needed.

The guys were able to come out on short notice and had the leak located and fixed in less than an hour and a half.

I have been through number of plumbers. And these two guys are the best in town I would say. Explaining problems and their jobs what we are paying for, delivering their jobs with small details but important without hesitating. Finally, finishing the job sparkling clean. Every plumbers I had before, they left with mess but these guys. I don’t even notice where the job was after they left.

Darcy and Josh were absolute professionals coming to investigate (and fix) our concealed suburban leak. Bills had doubled over a 6 month period without reason. Polite and clear from the first phone call, then a thorough diagnostic process with constant clear explanations about the process all the way along, as they systematically hunted for our leak. There was no umming and ahhing – they just got straight into it and found it quickly – in our case TWO holes in underground PVC piping to the house, caused by rocks against the pipe. Detected using acoustic sensors. They dug holes, showed us the issue, fixed each leak quickly and well, and then carefully filled the holes with sand and cleaned up. We appreciate the education, too – Darcy helped us better understand our plumbing, our smartmeter and that we could apply to the council for a possible bill discount given the concealed leaks, which I had no idea about. Cost was very reasonable and fair – in the middle of the estimate they provided before coming out. Highly recommend this company and these industrious and excellent plumbers. We have used another Cairns company for general plumbing for years very happily, but I am so glad we got leak experts for this issue.

These guys are the absolute BEST leak detectors & repair guys in the business. Found & repaired a concealed water leak a metre underground under concrete & tiles. Everything able to fit back into place after the repair was done. I got these guys out after using someone else initially. If you have a leak I’d WAIT until these guys are available to come out & fix it properly first time around. Darcy & Josh are professional, have all the right gear, qualifications & experience to know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Lovely young brothers that did a great job. Carefully explained everything at each step and dealt with some challenging twists. My wife and I would highly recommend.
