Darcy & his brother arrived bang on eight o’clock, they told us how it would work, the approximate costs etc were explained over the phone before arriving. I was doubtful about the whole thing given previous experience with plumbers but believe me, they were very professional. The leak was found on first run and fixed then a double check on any further leaks had them concerned as they did another 3 circuits of the grounds and eventually it turned out to be a leaking gasket in our toilet!!…very sensitive equipment.

Phoned CLD&P on Friday, 2 February, 2024 to book in to detect a water leak at our property in Innisfail. Darcy promptly booked in for Wednesday, 7/2/24, arrived right on time at 9am.
Darcy quickly found the leak and all was fixed within a few hours.
The service and job was professional and friendly, and we will definitely be recommending CLD&P to anyone who requires this service.

After a horrific water bill, these 2 young men were on the job and found 3 leaks and sorted asap. Replaced the whole water line as pipe was corroding. Highly recommend- kept me informed whole time, great job, neat and tidy finish. Nice young men, polite, helpful and easy to deal with.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, they were at our place today detected where the water leak was happening within half an hour of them being here, unfortunately it was under the concrete, but it didn’t faze them , they cut a small piece of concrete 400 x 400, and they were spot on, found the leak and repaired it, they were very punctual on the time they said they were coming, Peter let me know the price roughly I was looking at before they started the job, it actually came under the full price he quoted me, the two guys that came here were fantastic, very pleasant and a great attitude. thank you, Peter

From the initial call to the tidying up after the leaks were dealt with, this company are a team of professionals. Well done to you all and thanks or your great communication throughout the job.

I guess if one’s lucky they’ll never meet these blokes, which is a bit of a shame as they’re decent enough. But for the rest of us there’s the inevitable sinking feeling of realising that they’ve got a water leak somewhere, along with all the visions of money pouring down the drain, or under the house as it may have been.
It’s not so much of an issue if you know who to call.
I had a hot water leak that was initially blamed on the overcast weather and the kids spending too long in the shower. Peter and Darcy turned up, set their gear up and found the leak, thankfully in an easy to fix location in a very short amount of time. They were even kind enough to leave me a souvenir of the section of failed pipe they found, and I had my hot water restored to service within a couple of hours of them turning up.
If you’ve got a water leak somewhere you can’t find, this is the business to contact.
