Darcy and Josh provided some of the best trade service we have experienced — a well-deserved 5‑star review. Excellent communication: they organised a visit for the next day and provided a clear price guide. Arrived on time and worked efficiently. Located the leak, took the time to explain exactly why it occurred, showed me the issue, and outlined their repair plan (which they completed immediately in the one visit!). After finishing, they walked me through all the checks to ensure there were no further leaks. Very reasonable invoice $. It was far more time- and cost‑effective to have a professional team detect the leak, fix it, and verify there were no more issues—all in one visit.

Absolutely awesome job. What we thought was in the house was found to be in our front garden under the tomato plant (no wonder it was thriving) Darcy and Josh dug it up and found the burst pipe. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and replaced the broken pipe for me and covered it all back up, 1 stop shop. Highly recommend well mannered and very nice

We were losing 150 litres of water per hour. So I called Cairns Leak Detection and it turned out there were two leaks. I was impressed how quickly they found and repaired the leaks. If we ever have another leak, I’ll be calling these guys again. Highly recommended!

They also explained and showed me each step of the procedure making sure that I understood. They are willing to share their knowledge and gave me plumbing advice on some unrelated issues. I had a really good experience with Cairns Leak Detection & Plumbing. Darcy and Josh were great—really friendly and took the time to explain everything. The pricing was very reasonable and they explained the costs clearly upfront, so there were no surprises. While they were here, they also replaced two taps for me without any fuss.
