Being in panic mode, with a really high water bill, I contacted Peter, after a few recommendations to the negative, I was desperate, 2 hours work $1300 later, my husband was not home at the time, have big pockets and be prepared to be fooled by this Company, absolute rip off, and to add he told me to put a patio chair over the hole, so no one falls in, I requested he put the sand back in, as we couldn’t bury the pipe due to further work being carried out!!! I feel totally exploited!

Peter & Darcy were fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised right from the first Hello. They were very polite & professional & got onto the issue within minutes. Once identifying the leak they phoned the owner to advise, & once given the ok proceeded to dig up the offending split pipe & replaced it without any problems. They communicated with me throughout the entire process (even though I was just there to give them access to the property) & charged a very reasonable fee. I was impressed & would highly recommend them on every level 👍 – well done guys!

After receiving a hefty excess water bill from the council, I knew i had a water leak somewhere . called the plumbers at Cairns Leak Detection. Peter and Darcy found the outside leaking water pipe and fixed it all within an hour. Now how good is that and at a great price.

Water meter had been slowly rotating for some time, after listening to the history of previous leaks the detector was applied and a leak was quickly identified and repaired. Unfortunately this had to be repeated to identify a second leak which was also repaired. This was all done in a relatively short time frame, at a very reasonable cost and very professionally. My mains water pipe was leaking from under the driveway so i gave Cairns Leak Detection a call. They made an appointment and came out to take a look. They were punctual and quickly detected the leak with a ground microphone. They then pinpointed the exact location of the pipe via a tracer down the centre of the pipe. This enabled them to cut the smallest hole possible in the driveway and repair the leak with the minimal of impact. All in all 5 stars for a job well done. Highly recommended. Cheers

Great service, turned up on time, found the leak, fixed it and also serviced my hot water service as it was overdue. All done within 90 minutes. Reasonably priced too. Fully recommend!
